Sweet Banana Crepes

This is the first official Los Angeles breakfast with the BOFAs. We’re kicking it off with the feature (and our favorite) Gump breakfast dish, banana crepes. These were always great, and we’re bringing them to our LA friends, with the hopes of keeping you all coming back to our breakfasts. We’re also making some great potatoes that were inspired by a trip to Arizona that Cheyanne made while visiting her mom. She loved these potatoes, so she figured she would give them a try. Check out the rest of the menu below.
- French crepes filled with a sweet cream sauce and sliced bananas
- Country roasted red potatoes and peppers loaded with cheese*, tomatoes*, onions, mushrooms*, sour cream* and avocado*
*we actually forgot to put this stuff on top.. got too excited I guess. - Veggie egg scramble with spinach, onions, and broccoli topped with feta cheese
